Alpha and Omega

WHEN AND HOW did ALL life begin
Sound, Light, I?

AFTER many
PRIMORDIAL essential jumps
Energy patterns clicked into matter
Atomic weights sealed bundles
Until density broke a certain shell
Of Inorganic into Organic life
(the dance is but begun!)

Memory bundles grow heads and tails
Wiggling to reproduce and improve themselves
For all is CREATIVE ENERGY:

LOVE JOY LIFE
That sustains and propels all atoms
Binds the molecules
Embroiders the cells
Kisses our foreheads

Eternal reality
Where we all abide

Our bodies are clocks
Carved of memory bits
Cellular energy coils
Bound to the tick tock of a lifespan
To see, receive, act, and perceive life

From birth to death
The breath of our human life
Is a ripple in the pond of eternity

Eyes (or “I”)
For the universe to play
Melodies of flesh

Below our skin the Universe
Mirrors itself
In complex crystals
Of bone, blood, cells
Built of molecular binds
That hide
In time spun to infinite sequences
